The Terms and Conditions on which supply any of the products listed on our website chericoco.co.uk to you the customer. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Products from our site. You should understand that by ordering from our site you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

CONTRACT
You the customer place an order/s, you will receive an email from chericoco.co.uk confirmation that your order/s is being processed. We will then charge your Credit, Debit card, or PayPal account at the time of Checkout.
Please note that all order/s are subject to acceptance by chericoco.co.uk by sending you an email confirmation dispatch, at which point the contract is formed. If we cannot fulfil your order/s for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and provide a full refund.
YOUR RIGHTS.
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
You may cancel your order/s at any time within seven working days, beginning on the day you received the order/s confirmation. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with our refunds policy.
4.2 To cancel an order please contact chericoco.co.uk Customer service before the order/s is dispatched, you must inform chericoco.co.uk via telephone or by sending an email to info@chericoco.co.uk. We can not accept products that have been delivered to you, the customer. This is due to consumer regulation rules, and for health and safety purpose.
Except where a Product is defective, you may not cancel an order for the supply of any of the following:
(1) Products produced or altered to your own specification;
(2) Perishable goods, including fresh foods or plants;
(3) DVDs or CDs where you have broken the seal;
(4) Magazines.
AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch your order/s within the hour slot of your choice.
Where a product is out of stock we will offer you a refund or, where you have agreed, provide a alternative product.
All descriptions, product images and weights are those of the original manufacture and are intended to give a general description of the goods. The weight to be shipped includes the weight of packaging for the goods.
RISK AND TITLE
The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. The ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
Prices include VAT but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due before you place your order. You are given the option of correcting any errors before you confirm your order to us.
Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
If we have made a pricing error by displaying a lower price than the correct price, we will either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. If the pricing error is unmistakeable, we are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price. If we have incorrectly displayed a higher price, we will confirm the correct price to you in the Dispatch Confirmation and refund the difference to your card.

When you return a Product because the Product is defective, we will examine the returned Product and replace it or provide a refund. Products returned by you the customer because of a defect will be refunded in full.
When breakages occur during delivery we will refund the price of the product in full.

OUR LIABILITY
Our warrant to you that any Product purchased from chericoco.co.uk through our site is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for the purpose for which products of the kind are commonly supplied.

We are not responsible for indirect losses, however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise.
